“Blue Christmas” Advent Prayer Service Saturday, December 17th Our Ministry of Consolation and IThirst are planning a “Blue Christmas” Advent Prayer Service for those who are grieving or struggling in some way. Often, the loss of a loved one, illness, financial stress, addiction, or mental health issues can make it challenging to face the holiday season, while our culture expects everyone to be joyful and bustling around. We will gather at St. James at 2 pm on Saturday, December 17th to be strengthened in faith and hope as we offer our sadness and anxiety to the Prince of Peace for his healing touch. This service will be ecumenical. Please reach out and invite anyone in the community to attend.
